Question

Hi After trying everything I know to get my 5700 working I reloaded the firmware but get an error log of 0x70000001. My firmware version is 2.32 Boot 1.22 Radio 1.98b. Serial number 0220309494 It will not connect to Trimble Access via my TSC2 controller. I have no problem with my other GPS's a 4700 base with a Trimark3 radio and a 5800 rover. Please can you advise me?

Answer

We advise that you take the GPS equipment in to a Level 3 certified Trimble repair facility that can properly diagnose the 5700 and data collector. Please call us or use the website to schedule a service appointment.
