Question:What cable is needed to add frequencies to an HPB450 radio.
Is there an specific cable needed to connect the Radio to a computer? I need to input more frequencies.

Yes, in order to add frequencies you must have a 5 pin lemo to a 9 pin serial. If you'd like to send us the radio, we'll add the frequencies for you.

The cable you need is the 55659 from Trimble. With this cable you are able to program the receive frequencies ONLY. In order to program the Transmit frequencies, you must have a dealer version of PDL Configuration software. Like Marty said above, you can send us the radio and we can program it for you. We should be able to get it back to you the following day from when we receive it...B
