The carbon fiber and aluminum construction make SECO robotics poles up to 30% lighter than similar poles. This pole telescopes to 8.53 ft (2.60 m) and collapses to 4.97 ft (1.52 m). Other features of this pole include SECO's famous TLV locking with 40-minute vial and pin locking every 6 inches. Dual graduations are imprinted on the inner pole.
